A guided introduction to wax ring making and casual study in form, materials and techniques. Drop in, design and shape your own wax rings in a single sitting. Whether you prefer organic curves or structured shapes, this pop-up welcomes all skill levels.
Using soft tube and sheet wax, shape your rings by hand with gentle heat, exploring techniques that feel intuitive and immediate.
Over 90 minutes, you will sculpt up to five designs. At the end, select your favorite and choose a finish ranging from matte to high shine before it is sent off-site for professional lost-wax casting.
Your $50 casting credit covers a 5 mm band. Larger rings typically range from $50 to $100 depending on metal weight. Additional rings can be cast for a $25 fee plus metal weight. All tools and materials are included. Take-home kits are available for continued making after the workshop.
Finished pieces will be ready for pick-up at SOUVENIR in approximately four weeks.
