Collection: Karla Rivera

Mexico City born, Hamilton based artist Karla Rivera uses clay to build bridges between beliefs, thoughts and experiences. By using components that by themselves would not have meaning, Karla layers and reconstructs them to become something entirely their own. Through these sculptural alterations, Karla's work suggests that although our perspectives may be the same there is always space for the unidentified, opening the door to conversations about our own assumptions.
